Privacy Policy

This policy explains how MixMyFit handles information when you use the iOS app and its supporting services.

Information MixMyFit handles

• Account information: When you use Sign in with Apple, MixMyFit receives an Apple account identifier and, when Apple provides it, your email address or private relay address.
• Subscription information: Product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, purchase and expiration dates, and whether a transaction is from Apple’s sandbox or production environment.
• Closet and styling content: Clothing details, photos, prompts, preferences, outfit history, and wishlist selections that you choose to add.
• Usage and diagnostics: A random installation identifier, feature usage, request identifiers, model/token counts, estimated service cost, error codes, and basic interaction feedback.
• Shopping activity: Search constraints and feedback such as product views, wishlist actions, or store-link opens.

Where information is stored

Your closet, saved photos, stylist history, wishlist, and preferences are primarily stored on your device. Your authenticated session is stored in the iOS Keychain. MixMyFit’s server stores the account profile, subscription ledger, usage-limit records, and limited product or recommendation feedback needed to operate and improve the service.

MixMyFit does not intentionally store raw closet photos or raw prompts in application logs. When you request an AI feature, the content required for that request may be transmitted through MixMyFit’s server to the applicable AI provider for processing.

How information is used

• Provide closet analysis, outfit recommendations, shopping results, and account features.
• Verify App Store subscriptions and enforce Free, Plus, and Premium usage limits.
• Prevent abuse, diagnose failures, control service costs, and improve result quality.
• Respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests.

Service providers

MixMyFit uses service providers only to operate requested features:

• Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and subscription management.
• Supabase for authentication and account-related database records.
• Cloudflare for API hosting and request processing.
• Google Gemini for AI analysis or generation when an enabled AI feature requires it.
• SerpApi for shopping search results.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. MixMyFit does not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Retention and deletion

Local content remains until you delete it, delete your account, or remove the app. Account, subscription, and usage records remain while needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, or prevent fraud. Non-user-specific product-search caches generally expire after 30 days.

You can permanently delete your MixMyFit account from the Account screen. This deletes the MixMyFit authentication account, server-owned account records, subscription ledger, usage records associated with the account, and local closet/history/preferences on that device. App Store subscriptions are managed separately by Apple and must be canceled through Apple. You may also remove MixMyFit under Sign in with Apple in your Apple Account settings.

Your choices

You decide what closet content and photos to add, whether to sign in, and whether to purchase a subscription. Camera and photo access can be changed in iOS Settings. You can use core local functionality without signing in, subject to Free limits.

Children

MixMyFit is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Security and changes

MixMyFit uses technical safeguards including HTTPS, Keychain storage, server-held service credentials, and server-side purchase verification. No system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the app changes and will post the updated effective date here.
