By using MixMyFit, you agree to these Terms of Use and Apple’s applicable terms for apps and in-app purchases.

The service

MixMyFit provides closet organization, automated styling suggestions, and shopping assistance. Recommendations may be generated using automated systems and can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular event, climate, budget, body, or safety need. You remain responsible for your clothing and purchasing decisions.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity associated with your account and device. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person’s account, evade usage limits, extract service credentials, or use MixMyFit for unlawful activity.

Subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Apple as auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple displays and confirms the price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews unless canceled through Apple at least as required by Apple’s subscription terms. You can manage or cancel from your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting a MixMyFit account does not automatically cancel billing handled by Apple.

Plan features and reasonable usage limits may change to protect service reliability and cost, but changes will not remove access already required by applicable law or Apple’s subscription rules.

Shopping links

Product availability, images, descriptions, prices, shipping, returns, and merchant claims come from third parties and may change. MixMyFit is not the seller and is not responsible for third-party products or transactions. Some links may become affiliate links in the future; any such relationship will be disclosed as required.

Your content

You retain ownership of photos and other content you provide. You give MixMyFit permission to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the features you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have permission to submit the content.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MixMyFit does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, particular fashion outcomes, product availability, or that every automated result will be accurate. Nothing in the app is medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Termination and deletion

You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. MixMyFit may restrict access for abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as MixMyFit evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or additional notice where required. For questions, visit MixMyFit Support.
