TestFlight beta support

Open MixMyFit in the TestFlight app and tap Send Beta Feedback. Apple will deliver the report and any screenshot you choose to include to the MixMyFit developer.

Do not include passwords, Apple verification codes, API keys, access tokens, payment details, or other secrets in feedback.

Subscriptions

Purchases and billing are handled by Apple. Use Apple’s subscription management page to change or cancel a plan. In MixMyFit, open Account and tap Sync if an active purchase does not appear.

Delete your account

Open MixMyFit → Account → Delete account. Deletion removes the MixMyFit authentication account, associated server data, and local user content on that device. Cancel an Apple subscription separately if you do not want it to renew.
